Atlas Wallet
Terms of Service
Last updated:
Atlas is operated by Amit Cohen Raab at atlas.amitcohenraab.com. These terms describe use of Atlas. Contact amit.cohen.raab@gmail.com with questions.
Purpose and access
Atlas helps authorized users organize cryptocurrency accounts, balances, transaction history, imports, reviews, backups, and exports. Google sign-in identifies your account; the operator must also authorize that identity for an Atlas database. A Google account alone does not grant access to the application.
Use Atlas only with accounts and records you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in accounts secure. Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Your accounts and records
Atlas is a read-only portfolio and recordkeeping tool. It does not hold cryptocurrency, execute trades, initiate withdrawals, or submit tax returns. Connect exchange credentials with read-only permissions and do not provide wallet seed phrases or wallet private keys.
You control which wallets, exchange connections, files, and optional ChatGPT connection you provide. Enabling synchronization permits Atlas to retrieve updates in the background. You can remove saved exchange keys, disable synchronization, or disconnect ChatGPT using the application's controls. Data handling, including retained history and separate backups, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Review results before relying on them
Prices, imported history, classifications, transfer matches, and AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review records, corrections, and exports against your original sources before using them for financial or tax decisions. Atlas provides organizational tools, not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your records and any filings you make.
Connected services and availability
Google, Cloudflare, exchanges, blockchain data providers, price services, and OpenAI support features you use. Their availability, permissions, and terms can affect those features. Atlas may need maintenance or change as these services change; uninterrupted access or complete source coverage is not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of records you need, using Atlas's export and backup features where helpful.
Stopping use and questions
You can stop using Atlas, revoke connected-service permissions, and request deletion of Atlas records by contacting amit.cohen.raab@gmail.com. Signing out or revoking a connection does not by itself delete previously imported records or separate backups. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
